Autumn Equinox Sound Bath

As we step into fall the energy shifts, and we are called to go more deeply inward. During transitional times, parts of us are changing, droppiong away and transitioning to make space for new growth. Through breath-work, movement, and deep relaxation, we can let go of resistance to change, release stagnant energies and make space for future growth.

We will start with a few gentle stretches and movement, set our intentions and then laydown and settle in for the sound bath.  During this sound bath I will start with my Himalayian Singing Bowls which will help you to deeply relax and release tensions and stress.   This will allow their vibrations to help flush out all energetic debris that no longer serves your highest good. After the clearing of your cells' energetic blockages, a total re-balance of your energetic system will take place, allowing for new positve energy to flow in and foster new growth for your highest good.  This will be supported by the various sound healing instruments I use in addition to my singing bowls. This is all to leave you in a very relaxed, peaceful, and balanced state of being.
