 Do not move on to the next year without honoring the year of 2024 and all the experiences, lessons and blessings it has brought into your life.  Use this as an opportunity to mindfully choose to let go of something significant from this last year, a difficult experience, an old habit, an unhealthy pattern of behavior,  any old fears or concerns that are based in the past. When you let go of the old energies from past experiences, you free up space for new energies to come in.
