Relax, Release, Restore Sound Bath 7:00 pm

A sound bath is an opportunty to be bathed in various frequencies and overlapping vibrations to help relax the nervous system and to cleanse the mind and body of blockages caused by tensions, toxins and stress. This is a laying down experiece. While in repose,  I begin with a total body relaxation process. Next you will be bathed in the soothing vibrations of  my Tibetan Singing Bowls along with many other healing instruments in a sequence which will  bring you to a state of very deep relaxation, where your mind rests, while your body releases tensions, and restores itself to allow for optimal energy flow & self healing.    This all is to bring you to a most peaceful, restorative and expanded state of being. Upon completion of the sound bath you should feel very relaxed, rested, calm, balanced and peaceful.
