Rotary Club of Rye Epic Day of Service Community Sound Bath

Community sound bath event at Wainwright House along the shores of the Long Island Sound. This gathering is part of The Rye Rotary Club's annual Epic Day of Service. This event is in service of raising funds to help support mental health programs for youth in the Rye community via the Rye Youth Counsel.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and any additional items that will provide comfort to you as you lay down, relax deeply and take in the soothing and harmonic frequencies of my sound healing instruments.

Sound baths are an energetic reset for your nervous system. They facilitate deep relaxation and allow you to release stress and tensions. Once you've let go of that stress your energies can be retuned, rebalanced and restored to a healthy, clam flow and a peaceful state of well be-ing.
