Sound Bath Event 4:00pm

 Let's flow in the New Year and look forward to all the experiences, lessons and blessings to come in 2025!  You can use this sound bath opportunity to mindfully choose to let go of something significant from this last year, a difficult experience, an old habit, an unhealthy pattern of behavior,  any old fears or concerns that are based in the past. When you let go of the old energies from past experiences, you free up space for new energies to come in.

• Candlelight Ceremony: A serene and sacred atmosphere to set intentions.

• Crystals: Selected for their healing properties and energy enhancement.

• Aromatherapy:  Essential oils interact with the olfactory system, which is linked to the brain's limbic system. This area regulates emotions, memory, and mood, allowing the scents to evoke specific emotional responses.

• Sound Bath: for deep relaxation and restoration.
