Summer Sound Bath

This past Thursday was the Summer Solstice!  This is the halfway through the year, how are you feeling right now?

This is a powerful moment to pause. And, to reflect. Taking time to reflect on how far you've come already this year: what was happening in your life back when this cycle began, on the Winter Solstice? What were you dreaming of? What plans were you making for the year to come?

On the Summer Solstice, the sun is at its peak. This is the time of year to invite this fierce, powerful energy into your life to refuel all those dreams, plans, and ideas you have for this year.

Together we set the intention for this Summer Sound Bath to help you RELEASE all that is holding you back & weighing you down. We will also set the intention that the high harmonice vibratory sounds of my instruments will help you to EXPAND & GROW putting all the ideas, plans and dreams you've had for yourself into ACTION, letting the sun's fire empower & fuel you to live your most abundant life THIS SUMMER!
