Join us for a deeply restorative Sound Bath where the soothing vibrations of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sound healing instruments wash over you, releasing stress, allowing you to totally unwind and savor the final days of summer.

During the sound bath, we will start with a few gentle stretches and movements to get stagnant energies flowing. We will set intentions and then you will lay down to settle in for the sound bath.  During this sound bath I will start with my Himalayian Singing Bowls which will help you to deeply relax and release tensions and stress.   This will allow their vibrations to help flush out all energetic debris that no longer serves your highest good.
